WALLINGFORD, CT, Barbara Ellen Wolff passed away peacefully October 6, 2010 at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Wolff and she is survived by two sons, David Henry Wolff and Richard Emerson Wolff and a daughter Laura Lee Conners. Arrangements will be at the convenience of family.
