Josephine Garbatini

WALLINGFORD – Josephine Garbatini, 90, departed this life surrounded by her family on January 18, 2013 at the hospice at the Masonic Healthcare Center in Wallingford. She was the loving wife of the late Armand Garbatini.

Josephine was born on February 11, 1922 in Waterbury to the late Anthony and Asunta (Pannone) Milano.

Prior to her retirement she had worked for the Seth Thomas Company manufacturing clocks. She enjoyed bowling, bingo and spending time with her family and friends.

She will be sadly missed by her son, Armand Garbatini of Naugatuck; her daughters, Ann Affe and her husband Ralph of Beverly Hills, FL, and Regina Duran of Wallingford; and eight adoring grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

A funeral liturgy will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Most Holy Trinity Church, 68 North Colony St., Wallingford. Interment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery in Waterbury. There are no calling hours. Messages of remembrance may be left at www.NewEnglandCremation.com.
