Judith Wilson

Judith A. (Blanchard) Wilson, 73, died September 3 in Hartford. Formerly of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, she lived at Saint Mary Home in West Hartford for the last two years. She was a member of Christ Church Cathedral, Hartford where her son Mark serves at its dean. She was born Judith Ann Graczyk in Hammond, Indiana and lived most of her life in Michigan, Ohio and Florida. She was predeceased by her husband Col. Leroy B. Wilson. She is survived by her children Terri Pendleton, of Holiday, Florida; Mark Pendleton and his wife Leslie of Hartford, Connecticut; Melinda Pendleton of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; stepson Edward Wilson of Felton, California; and her recently reunited birth son Barry Bernard and his wife Becci of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by sister Waka Blanchard, of Cincinnati, Ohio; a stepmother Donnadine Herendeen and brother Terry Graczyk of Colon, Michigan; a sister Sue Graczyk of Kalamazoo, Michigan; three nieces; one nephew and three grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Saint Mary Home Chapel, West Hartford on Saturday, September 11 at 11:30 a.m. Her burial will be from St. John’s Episcopal Cathedral in Jacksonville, Florida on September 24.
