Waterford - On the morning of Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, Rachel E. Ryan, beloved daughter, sister, and friend, shed her mortal bonds and stepped into the presence of God.
Leaving us suddenly and much to soon, Rachel will be remembered as the beautiful, talented, and yes, outrageous, young woman that she was. Rachel was born in New London, on Oct. 26, 1986, to William H. and Kathleen A. Ryan. She attended local schools and made her home in Waterford.
She is survived by her parents; two brothers, George Moore and fiancee, Carol Schneider, of Waterford and Bill Ryan and his wife, Amy, of Winslow, Maine; two sisters, Rebecca Miller and her husband, Rhett, and Sarah Ryan of New Sharon, Maine.
There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Christian Family Church, 93 Old Salem Road, Colchester. All are welcome.
