We understand the unique challenges that families with a loved on on Medicaid/Title 19 face. Our "Title 19 Cremation" package offers families the option to apply to the state for special consideration coverage for qualified applicants.  

Additional services and merchandise may be selected and paid for directly by the family without jeopardizing the state's assistance provided that the total bill is $4600 or less.

CSNE retains custody of cremains until such time as balance is satisfied in full by the state and/or family.
